Terms & Conditions



All prices are unit price, F.O.B. PremiumSchooFurniture.com factory. Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders are accepted on the basis of prices in effect at the time of shipment and are subject to change without prior notice.



Normal terms are net thirty (30) days to accredited purchasers. Terms may be cancelled or changed at the discretion of PremiumSchooFurniture.com and advance payment may be requested. In the event of non-payment, the Customer shall be liable for additional collection costs, and overdue account will be charged interest at the rate shown on the invoice. All orders and shipments at all times are subject to the approval of PremiumSchooFurniture.com credit office, and the right to decline shipment is reserved whenever there is a question as to the Buyer’s financial responsibility. In such an event PremiumSchooFurniture.com shall not be liable for non-performance of the contract in whole or in part.


Order Acknowledgement

All orders will be confirmed by PremiumSchooFurniture.com and this acknowledgement represents the complete and final agreement between the Customer and PremiumSchooFurniture.com and supersedes all prior verbal and written statements regarding the order. It should be examined thoroughly by the Customer as all details and conditions set forth therein will apply to the corresponding invoice and production of goods.


Changes and Cancellation

PremiumSchooFurniture.com reserves the right to disallow request for changes or cancellations. Reasonable change orders subject to additional charges for material, labour and other costs will be entertained when the request for change is received in writing in time for changes to be implemented. Orders may not be cancelled without the consent of PremiumSchooFurniture.com and are subject to a charge based on cost incurred. Deposits are subject to forfeiture in the event of cancellation.



No return of goods will be accepted without PremiumSchooFurniture.com consent and must be made in accordance with the shipping instruction of PremiumSchooFurniture.com and must be prepaid. Authorised returns will be subject to a minimum 20% re-stocking charge. Charges for refinishing and packaging will be extra if applicable. NON-STANDARD GOODS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.


Delivery and Freight Charges

All shipments are made F.O.B. PremiumSchooFurniture.com factory with freight charges collect. PremiumSchooFurniture.com shall have the discretion to determine the method and route of shipment unless complete instructions are given by the Customer. Prepaid common carrier shipment requires PremiumSchooFurniture.com prior approval. Title to goods passes to the Purchaser and PremiumSchooFurniture.com responsibility ceases when shipment is accepted for transportation by the carrier. If shipment is received in a damaged condition, note the damage on the carrier’s freight bill. Shipments should not be rejected. Apparent damage must be noted on freight bill at time of delivery and concealed damage must be reported to the transportation company within five (5) days from date of delivery. All damage claims must be filed with the delivering carrier. All claims against PremiumSchooFurniture.com for defects, errors or shortages must be made in writing by the Customer within five (5) days after delivery. Failure to make any claim against PremiumSchooFurniture.com within five (5) days shall constitute full acceptance of the merchandise and waiver of any defects, errors or shortages.


Product Changes

Due to improvements in design, production and materials, PremiumSchooFurniture.com reserves the right to make product modifications without prior notice.


Product Liability

PremiumSchooFurniture.com is not liable for damages or claims resulting from the use of products that have been altered by the installer or user, whatever the reason.


Delivery Postponement/Storage

In the event the Customer requests postponement of delivery, PremiumSchooFurniture.com reserves the right to transfer the goods to storage at the Customer’s risk and expense. Such transfers to storage shall constitute delivery to the Customer for all purposes, including invoicing and payment.



PremiumSchooFurniture.com is not liable for any delay or failure to perform or deliver, due to any causes beyond its control, such as fires, strikes, labour disputes shortages of labour, delay in supply, acts of God, war, civil commotion, embargoes, transportation delays, default or failure of carriers or contractors, or any other cause beyond the control of PremiumSchooFurniture.com



PremiumSchooFurniture.com warrants the furniture of its manufacture to be free from defects in workmanship or materials for a period of five (5) years from the date of original shipment. Under this warranty, the Company holds its obligations and the Purchaser’s recourse to be restricted to the repair and replacement of furniture which proves defective when used normally, under normal conditions and according to the Company’s published instructions, and within the above stated period of time. The Purchaser’s recourse will be at the Company’s option, F.O.B. the Company’s plant. This warranty does not extend to factors over which the Company has no control. This warranty does not cover colour, grain or texture of wood, plastic laminates, fabrics or other materials. In the event of repair and/or replacement of any defective product, PremiumSchooFurniture.com does not warrant matching of colour, grain, texture or dye lots.
